A Fare Family is a selection of fares filed according to a carrier`s specific criteria based on fare conditions and services.

Travel agents are facing tough times as fare families may be named and setup by airlines without following any structure or guide lines. The multitude of fare families is one the biggest challenges for business travel agents today.

Facing this chaos caused mainly unfocused airline managers and non guiding GDS providers our service teams have developed tools to cope with the additional complexity. Some of our knowledge we are glad to share with other agents facing the same issues.
